To build image use options to choose version of server and s6 supervisor if needed
    - ARG S6_OVERLAY_VERSION
    - ARG SERVER_VERSION

if hostname in container would be changed, license activation will be destroyed 
check that you always start container with the same hostname

To set a Debian CPU to maximum frequency, install linux-cpupower, then run sudo cpupower frequency-set -g performance to set the scaling governor to high performance. 
Alternatively, use echo performance | tee /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu*/cpufreq/scaling_governor to apply this immediately. 
Methods to Set Max CPU Frequency
Using cpupower (Recommended):
Install: sudo apt install linux-cpupower.
Set all cores to performance mode: sudo cpupower frequency-set -g performance.
Verify current speed: cpupower frequency-info.
